Depois de uma semana intensa de workshops, provas, minicursos e surpresas, a Unicesumar finalizou&nbsp;o seu&nbsp;primeiro reality de gastronomia&nbsp;com muita alegria.<\/p>\n<p>Vamos conferir o que aconteceu neste \u00faltimo dia?<\/p>\n<h4>Mercad\u00e3o de Maring\u00e1<\/h4>\n<p>Pela manh\u00e3, os participantes foram ao Mercad\u00e3o de Maring\u00e1 escolher os ingredientes pra a prova do dia. Eles tiveram dinheiro contato para fazer as compras no mercado em uma hora. O desafio era que cada equipe preparasse 30 pratos, sendo entrada, prato principal e sobremesa.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s as compras para a prova da grande final, os participantes almo\u00e7aram na Hamburgueria Casa da M\u00e3e Joana, parceira do evento. A semana foi puxada e cheia de emo\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<h4>Mise en Place<\/h4>\n<p>Voltando do almo\u00e7o, os participantes iniciaramm o Mise en Place. Um termo franc\u00eas que significa preparar ingredientes e materiais para realizar uma receita. A parte da tarde foi destinada a isso para que os participantes pudessem adiantar alguns preparativos.<\/p>\n<h4>A grande final<\/h4>\n<p>A prova final foi a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de uma entrada, prato principal e sobremesa. Eles tiveram liberdade para as escolhas das receitas, onde n\u00e3o houve nenhum direcionamento por parte da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do evento. Os participantes cozinharam para 20 convidados e 6 jurados t\u00e9cnicos. Os requisitos das vota\u00e7\u00f5es foram:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/li>\n<li>Textura<\/li>\n<li>Sabor<\/li>\n<li>Temperatura<\/li>\n<li>Originalidade<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Vota\u00e7\u00e3o Popular<\/h4>\n<p>Na segunda-feira (26), os participantes realizaram uma prova conceitual: o prato feito. Os pratos (fotos) foram para vota\u00e7\u00e3o popular no Facebook e Instagram da EA Unicesumar. A equipe que acumulasse o maior n\u00famero de curtidas e compartilhamentos ganharia um livro sobre gastronomia e pontos extras no final do evento.
